Tolle Lage, Safe im Zimmer, freundlicher Mitarbeiter. Die ganze Aufmachung vom Apartment gefiel mir. Bad völlig ok, Küchenzeile hatte alles was man benötigt. Kühlschrank mit Froster. TV gefühlt 100.000 Kanäle ;-).
Der Verkehr ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

The location, facilities and the staff. You have everything you need and its close to restaurants and minimart
The place is outdated and you can hear the noise from the street as well :(

立地が良い。スタッフが親切で掃除が丁寧。テレビでYouTubeが見れる。
ベランダがないので開放感がない、窓が固くて開けづらい、道路に面してるのでバイクの音がうるさい、ソファがへたっててすわりにくい。

Great location and could have lots of potential, very nice and helpful staff
Needs a lot of TLC, mold in bathroom, the cover on the couch was extremely dirty, smell of cigarette smoke from staff smoking in alley way leading to room
