This is a great location to explore the Cinque Terre. It’s located right on the Main Street near the train station entrance. The space was reasonable size and comfortable for a couple.
Like with the other reviews, the property has two separate rooms with a shared foyer. One room is the kitchen and living room with the balcony, the other room is an internal bedroom and bathroom with no windows. We had no issue with the bedroom/bathroom being internal, however it is damp and musty. We turned the dehumidifier on daily while we were out and this was not an issue. We were happy with our stay regardless of this as we were aware of the possible dampness/mustiness. Note there was a lack of some cutlery (I.e one spoon).

ac machine on the balcony is a bit of a blockage and loud but it’s no big issue.

We had originally rented this place (Ca dei Ciua) but apparently that is two apartments with one literally dividing the other in two - see the layout. We got the split apartment and upon opening the bedroom/shower room were overcome by the smell of mold and noticed that the sheets were damp (no windows in the room). I called Terre Marine and asked for an alternative - and we got a nice place called Blue Lemon ma quite nice despite the steeply inclinging street that led to 67 steps. But Blue Lemon was fine and had a lovely view. The rating is for Blue Lemon.
The Ca dei Ciua really should not have two apartments - the layout of splitting and apartment in two and having a room with a shower in a warm climate just leads to mold. It is a threat to health and should just be renovated to make one big place. Thanks to Julia, for finding an alternative. If renting Ca dei Ciua, insist on getting the continuous apartment in writing - the reviews for the split one mention mold

Location - it was very close to the marina and the train station. Easy access to the shops too
The WiFi was not working. We informed the property immediately but they never responded to our messages regarding the issue
