The place was great - really lovely, very well decorated and equipped, and the building and property itself was great. We had a few issues with not having any water in the unit one evening, but apparently that was the property management company replacing a boiler for start of summer season resulting in no water for a while in our unit. But, they were responsive and came out fairly quickly and got it working again. I had also called the property management company at the start of our stay because the hot tub was so hot that it was unusable; it took a few days but they came out and serviced the whole thing and reset the water temperature.

Overall good, but a few specific things were not good. The humidifier filters were black with mold and no spare filters available. The ski storage was completely inadequate for 5 people. The locker accommodates two sets only, yet the unit sleeps six. Makes no sense. The hot was quite dirty.
