Facade Hotel Amsterdam

This was our second time staying here and I couldn’t recommend it enough! There’s 6 of us so it is quite small but your barley in the hotel anyway it’s only for sleeping. It’s very clean, they give you fresh towels and make your bed and clean the room every day. And most importantly the staff are all so kind, one staff member in particular I can’t remember his name, he let us leave our cases there. I also thought I lost my Apple Watch I got in touch and they done the best they could to find it but thankfully one of my friends packed it away for me. Overall such a lovely hotel with lovely staff, would 100% recommend and we’ll definitely be back to our favourite place!

There’s nothing I don’t like about it, what I would say is the rooms are quite small but that’s not something the hotel can help.

Location

Cleanliness and size of room and restroom

Clean, easy to navigate stairs, friendly staff, not the comfiest of beds but good enough after you’ve done 30,000 steps around Dam all day.

We didn’t have a view out of our room window but I guess that’s luck of the draw. Nothing to complain about at all
