Very decent option for the money. Nice rooms, good room service, and polite and helpful staff.

The staff in the restaurant/pool were often a bit rude. Each day (was there for 6) there was a different situation where they were unfriendly, hot and cold. One second they would be amazingly kind the next we were being scolded for simple things like having 4 people around a table that was arranged with three seats. We were happy to move to larger tables but then they told us not to move so it was confusing. And service was incredibly slow. I was at the pool for 2+ hours up to a whole day and was able to get attention only twice to order drinks.

The staff were incredible the most amazing people who have helped my daughter and I through a difficult situation.

I stayed at this hotel in Athens for one night. The location is excellent, especially for a short 1–2 day stay, and the staff were very polite and helpful.

However, my experience with the room was very disappointing. I was given a room on the first floor in an area that clearly has not been renovated yet. The door did not close properly, which is a serious issue. I believe these rooms should not be given to guests until they are fully renovated and safe. Unfortunately, we did not sleep at all. There was continuous noise from the neighboring room until around 5:00 AM, when I finally had to call reception. Due to the repeated banging of their door, my own door opened multiple times during the night. I was staying with my 9-year-old son, which made the situation even more concerning. I believe that better monitoring (e.g., security or cameras) and earlier intervention from the hotel staff could have prevented this situation.
