The place had everything what we needed and what we expected as a young family.

Hotel was definitely excellent 15 years ago and it still displays its 5 stars today, even though in some parts of the hotel bigger renovation could be considered.

Location, food, access to the sea, and a large, pleasant main pool. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The family rooms were ugly and outdated. Water from the shower would flood the entire floor. The TV was very small and old. The rooms were unpleasant; upon opening the door, anyone could see inside, which felt uncomfortable. The family rooms are located across the street, accessible via an elevator and a footbridge over the road.

Location is superb and close to everything like sea pool and centre My room was small and the view was not as expecred but i ask the reception to change the room and they upgraded it without extra payment The stuff was so friendly and helpful specialy hussein and serdin The food is very good but the breakfast need more varieties

The food variety is poor, also the big problem is the Hospital Stand in the hotel (Acibadem) be careful to deal with them as they maybe make your trip very bad specially if they take you to the hospital, I had some problem in my chest and foot and they take me with hotel car to hospital and asked me to pay 1000 Euro while my hotel cost 5 nights 531 Euro which is unbelievable , Then I fight with them and go to Istanbul, I go To Government hospital and I paid 11 Euro for Consultation and 10 Euro for Medicine and I contact that stand in Bodrum he say we are private hospital , Is the private x1000 more than government ???? Be careful, If you got sick just take a taxi and go to nearest government hospital
