On the whole it was excellent. Reception, restaurant, and housekeeping staff fantastic. Very clean. Good breakfast. Fantastic location.
A couple of the rooftop bar staff of an evening were less good. Parts of the pool need updating.

Perfect location just a few minutes walk from the lake front. Superb choice at breakfast which can be enjoyed on the outdoor terrace. Lovely rooftop terrace with smallish pool. Air conditioned bedrooms were cool without being too cold and we particularly liked the fact that the air conditioning was so quiet!

The location was perfect, very close all amenities. Bus station a very short walk and Garda town 5 min walk. Hotel is beautiful, very clean , and staff very helpful.
Nothing apart from the fact that the air conditioning needed to be stronger, also customers should be able to set the temperature and the force themselves.

Great pool on the roof
Very poor food in the restaurant. You definately expect more from a four star hotel. We had half board and nothing tasted anything and the cooking was soulless. We adults were disappointed but our kid liked the kids meal.
Don’t book half board. Go to one of the many restaurants nearby instead.
