Centara Riverside Hotel Chiang Mai

On my second stay I was given an upgrade to a junior corner suite. Gorgeous view, loads of space, everything just perfect. Comfy bed, huge bathroom, all the amenities you want. All for a ridiculously low price. Good food and drinks in the lobby bar, super friendly and helpful staff everywhere. My roomboy, the guy at the door always stopping for a chat, the ladies at the reception. Hugely recommended

They should get better coffeemachines for the otherwise excellent breakfast.

Got an amazing deal of this hotel. Big, old style luxury, quiet room, comfy bed, reasonable prices in bar and pool. Pool and gym are fantastic, steam and sauna available as well. Loved it!

Some staff have difficulty with English, but they all do their best to help you anyway. And to be honest, my Thai isn’t great either 😉

This is the second Centara hotel I have stayed at and it didn't disappoint. The bed was so comfy, helped by perfect bed linen and pillows (I wish i knew where to buy them). The room was spacious and quiet, plus everything worked! A really nice hotel and located only a short drive from the centre of Chiang Mai (night bazaar). We parked outside the O.M.G. bar/restaurant and walked up the alley straight into the night market. We were also allowed to check-out at 13:00, which aligned with our flight out. All staff were ultra friendly and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast, except ..........

No bacon or hash browns at breakfast. Instead of bacon, they served triangular shaped slices of processed ham, kept warm in a ban marie. There was nothing else that I didn't like.

Nice view. Steam room and sauna. Breakfast.

A little old. Location not great.
