A very good hotel with delicious breakfast, nice and clean rooms, exceedingly friendly staff. Overall, you could tell that this hotel is a smoothly running operation. Thank you for making our stay a very pleasant one!
The location is a small walk away from the city centre proper, but Guildford is walkable and small enough for this not to matter. On a busy Friday night, I'd definitely choose this location over a hotel on Main Street.

The location.
The room, bed and bathroom facilities were tiny for the rate we paid - not good value at all. We also woke in the morning to find a note under our door requesting that we didn’t use the toilet or shower facilities because of an issue. The hotel should have offered a refund or some level of compensation for this and I honestly cannot believe that this wasn’t offered.
