Location - quiet and central
Dirty stairs

Friendly staff, good breakfast, quiet location and in walking distance to restaurants. Also not too far from the Etihad stadium.
WiFi dropping in and out. The bathroom needs a bit of attention around the shower, looked a bit dirty. Was unable to control the temperature of the shower. It was either cold or too hot.

Friendly and helpful staff, room was warm and cosy. Slept well . Breakfast was excellent.
A bit out of the way but we got a taxi to the venue .

Stayed here many times. It’s okay. Good location for us. Generally quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast included.
It no longer represents the same value for money - prices have gone up but facilities have stayed the same: basic. Rooms quite tired and restrictive, for the price, and this time the corridors and stairs appeared not to have been cleaned. And if you’re going to charge normal bar prices, you really ought to have ice, and things like sliced lemon.
