liked the location of the hotel.

When booking we requested and paid for a high floor overlooking the MCG but were put in room 0214 which has no view. Also, when checking in Thursday 24 September we were advised to book for breakfast as the cost is discounted so we did. however after getting home we found that we were charged full price ($84.00) and not the discounted price. Also, when checking in I completed the Form advising that our car Reg number 2EZ1PY was parked and would be a cost of $50.00, however when arriving at the boom gate it would not let us out as the car had not been entered into your system. As a car was behind I had no choice but to retrieve my credit card at a cost of $70.98. Overall we love staying with you but are very dissapointed at having to pay over and above what was advised. It has left a bad taste and to be honest a refund of the overcharged amounts would be welcome.
