Perfect location. Central to temple bar. About a 3min walk to the Dublin express bus stop.
A bit loud at night as it’s in the middle of all the bars but nothing unmanageable. They also provide ear plugs.

Great location for seeing an event nearby . It’s actually not very noisy considering it’s above a lively bar

I liked that it was walking distance to all the main sights.
That it had no Airconditioning. We had to leave the windows open to get fresh air and to be cooler. However, you are surrounded by bars at this place so the music went on till early in the morning. And you get a wake up call with the trash trucks at 7:00 am.
