Free upgrade on arrival, great customer service, room was spacious, clean and bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast buffet, was delicious! Location was spot on too but plenty of parking.

location
They expected us to send our credit card details via fax or email. We didnt feel this was safe or secure

This property was clean and in good accessible location. The breakfast was also decent for the buffet and cost.
Parking was very easy
The beds were extremely uncomfortable.
The way the room was presented. I didn’t find it to be similar to the photos.
The bathroom is quite outdated.
The area itself is pretty noisy which the accommodation can’t do much about
