Hôtel Barnea

Great location close to the beach and centre. Very friendly staff. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was great value for money too. We were able to walk the short distance to the bus stop to get the bus to the airport which was a plus.

Be aware that there is no lift if you have mobility issues. It wasn't a problem for us.

Location, hotel director extremely kind and helpful. Good breakfast at a fair price, compared to prices in other hotels. We asked for chocolatine (pain au chocolat) and had them „waiting“ for us at the breakfast table :-)

Location, walking distance to most of all the beautiful Biarritz Centre Ville. It is just like shown on website. The lady in the reception was kind, happy, helpful and gave us lots of tips!! Breakfast is € 13,5 and has good bread, tea , coffee , croissants, juice etc with nice tables .

The rugs from the stairs need to be changed

The location was very central and close to restaurants and beaches. But be warned, it’s halfway up a steep road.

I booked this hotel because the pictures seemed to show the rooms had wood flooring but it’s actually very worn carpet. The building seems quite old as there’s no elevator, and the staircase is very narrow. There’s no soundproofing at all so I found it quite noisy. Even after asking for my room to be cleaned, the bathroom sink and floor were left dirty. There were no drinking glasses in either the room or bathroom and very few coat hangers.
