Clean, well appointed with a good and plentiful breakfast. Overall excellent value.

The location is excellent. The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Food choice and food quality at breakfast were very good. Staff at breakfast were extremely smart and well organised.
The bathroom was quite small but the space was well used. I was a bit disappointed in the coffee at breakfast - most places nowadays use a machine for the guests to get their own coffee from but this one wasn't very flavourful.

The towels were great and plentiful.
I loved that there was a tv in the shower which did not work but had a red standby light (like a red recording light on a laptop) on the entire time.
There was no way to connect hdmi to the tv and it was not a smart tv. Yep, dated.
The room was a bit dated and the carpet filthy.
It was great to have a breakfast spread however I am not sure how you can make scrambled eggs so tasteless and the bacon so dry and salty. The sausage were awful/ inedible. The rest ok.
