Friendly and welcoming reception, clean, nice apartment, good location, ofering parking for car…

My experience with the booking and stay was a bit unusual and, unfortunately, affected the overall experience. Shortly after making my reservation through Booking.com, I was contacted by the reception and informed that another guest had booked the same apartment for the same period. I was asked to cancel my confirmed Booking.com reservation and make a direct reservation with the hotel for another room, which they offered at a lower price. I asked about the refund and was told that the money would be returned within two weeks. Since I already had a confirmed reservation, I was not comfortable with this option. However, trying to be understanding and flexible, we agreed that I would stay in the apartment I had originally booked for the first night and move to the other room the following day. The hotel also offered free parking as compensation for the inconvenience. The first night went well. However, the next day, after packing all our belongings and preparing to move to the other room, I was informed at reception that the new room was not yet ready. This was particularly inconvenient because we only had two days in Thessaloniki. The property is around 2 km from the city centre, and travelling back and forth was difficult for us, especially as my wife is pregnant and we were travelling with our 3-year-old son. I appreciate that the staff remained professional, apologised for the situation and tried to handle it appropriately. I also recognise that unexpected things can happen, and I acknowledge that my own reaction in the moment was not the best either. However, this situation did negatively affect our stay and overall experience. I am sharing this review simply as honest feedback, because these things can happen, but I believe the communication and organisation around the room change could have been handled better.

Liked everything - very clean - excellent location- very nice neighborhood - very spacious - the place has everything what is needed - excellent breakfast - very nice and friendly receptionist - will certainly return again!

Nothing to dislike

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel offered excellent value for money, and we would happily stay here again.

Nothing

The traditional scrambled eggs were great and also the feta cheese.

The elevator goes only up to the 2nd floor and we stayed at the 3rd floor where the temperature is higher and the AC blows smelly air
