Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great on site parking, amazing room rate and they didn't charge extra for my pets. The room was massive and very comfortable. Loved our short stay.

Nothing, would definitely stay here again if in town.

It was only a short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of Le Mans. Bedding and towels were clean and breakfast and bar area was modern. There was a great selection of breakfast items and the breakfast area was very clean. We sat at the bar area with our dog for breakfast as she was not allowed in the breakfast area (which was fine). The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

The carpets corridors were stained and the carpets on the stairs was threadbare. In entering the the junior suite we noticed the mustard coloured bed settee was very grubby and dirty on the arms. Also, the carpet was stained and the room was very tired and grubby. There were wires exposed on a light above the left bedside table. We noticed that the water was not getting hot and reported this to reception and they instantly moved us to 2 double rooms (as no other junior suites available). The new rooms were still slightly tired but much better than the junior suite. We had expected higher standards, having previously stayed in a lovely Originals hotel and seeing the photographs on the website.
