The location and the parking garage
The bathroom, without the proper shower curtain or door, the water gets all over the floor.

Good location, comfortable room.
The pillows in our room. Why only one each?

Helpful friendly staff, nice convenient location with on site parking. A good Irish pub and a couple of eating places only 200 metres away. A comfortable bed but not the pillows.
We booked the largest room for our stay. The first room had a terrible smell and a poor layout,we moved to room 415. The balcony was very unclean, as was the room but not due to the cleaners more the owners not maintaining, repairing and painting.
