The staff is superb. Friendly, helpful, polite and caring.
The location is good for bus.
The breakfast is decent, and nutritional.
The view is great, but only in some certain room type.
My room 104 view is rather below my expectation. There was a big green ugly rooftop just outside my balcony. To be honest I paid almost 350 euros per night I deserve a better view.
The facility is not good enough, the draining water did not go smooth in the bathroom. I told the staff this related matter, but I was told it was Sunday so no one could come and fix it. At the end I needed to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. Otherwise the water will flood the bathroom.

Rooms are dated and in need of refurbishment.

Tell tell us a lovely design, it feels warm the rooms are very spacious and make you feel at home. The staff is friendly
The food won't be everyone's cup of tea. I think they should think more of the common guest when approaching this matter. You could see the good intentions behind the food but the outcome sometimes feel a little messy and not approachable

The reception staff and restaurant team were truly outstanding and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The reception staff were amazing, welcoming, and very helpful, and the restaurant team were always friendly and attentive. The location is perfect, and the room views are beautiful.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very poor.The room and linen were not properly cleaned .
