It was clean. Room spacious. Able to park on site. Proximity to venue for party we were attending.

Having to pay £5 on top of room price to park! Extortionate drinks prices in hotel bar. Complimentary drinks provisions were scant, minimal at best. Lack of loo brush in bathroom.

Always a great breakfast. They will make a filter coffee too, if you ask for it, which is a welcome change from the machines🙂

Lovely hotel. Great room and facilities

Came on a match day. Didn’t realise it was attached/ next to the stadium. Was trapped by local ground staff who wouldn’t let us (guests) out of the car park and we were attending a wedding. Long frustrating wait. I understand the stray retirements but there should be consideration for paying guests.

It was clean.

We didn’t get the room that I booked for but that could have been communication between the hotel and Booking.com. There is a telephone in the room and reception kept ringing to check we are having a nice stay but it seems constant on both nights, when you’re do bath time for children and try and get them to sleep if you don’t answer the first time and they only give it a few rings, they keep trying until you do, my husband had to go down and say stop. We booked two rooms and it was the same in both rooms.
