Breakfast facilities even if we weren’t told about being able to order eggs.
Reception staff hiding behind a tree.
Too much furniture in the room
Not being able to relax in bath as the ledge isn’t a normal size
Room right up the top with no help or support to find it.
Sadly the breakfast staff lack of smiles to everyone.

Lovely location, Good facilities, Excellent Restaurant. Clean Room. Spa OK.
Room-Facilities. For the price we paid for the room the facilities in the room were poor. For example there was no mini fridge in the room.
Room -View. The view from our room was the shabby roof of an adjoining building. Could not see ANY of the grounds.
Room -Noise. The first night of our stay, the noise form a disco or band somewhere on the premises was so LOUD we could hardly hear the TV let alone sleep. This LOUD music persisted until late at night. (The second night was quiet).
