The staff were very accommodating. I lost my key and they were very very kind to me about it. Check in and out were very pleasant interactions.
The coffee in the room was nice. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was very clean.
Other guests were outside playing loud music outside my hotel window in the car park. Security staff perhaps should have addressed the noise level.
The train is loud, but not the fault of the hotel.
There was no soap/ shampoo left in my room. The soap dispenser was falling off the wall. The hot water ran out quickly.
