Stayed here with 3A + 1C and the space was comfortable for us. The usual noise and traffic being on the coast and off the busy highway but easy for us to navigate. Pool and spa was lovely after a long day sightseeing. Cooking facilities clean and easy to use and access. Played a few games of pool in the basement when teenager came off the devices! Great overall.
Bathroom was a bit dated and could use some paint but you'll find that in most GC apartment accommodations, overall no complaints or problems.

The location was excellent and the room was lovely.
The stairwell smelt and was very hot as all the windows don’t open it’s just glass and the carpet looked dirty

The location was close to public transport
It was rubbed down and there was construction works that started at 8am in the morning
