Great location, just metres from the Gran Via but there was no street noise. There's a well priced bar/restaurant just outside the front door. The metro is 2 minutes walk away.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Clean and comfortable room although I shared a toilet and shower. The ceiling fan was very welcome.
The shared facilities were very clean.
The shared facilities are not to everyone's taste but this was my choice. En suite rooms are available at a higher price.

The location was fantastic, and the afternoons were pleasantly quiet. The staff also very polite and helpful.
The bathroom was very small and not very comfortable when you have to use the toilet . The TV was also too small for the distance from the bed to the TV. In the evenings, doors were often slammed, which took away from the otherwise calm atmosphere.

Very nice place, small but with all necessities, vary friendly staff and they are very honest and caring. The location is also exceptional
A bit small but perfect if you are just getting there to sleep

Location location location.
It was very warm and very noisy. Property is very close to Gran Via so you can hear the drivers beeping and people enjoying themselves outside, and hear the neighbours in the property. I would make a suggestion of better windows to reduce noise and air-con to counter the hot summers.
