Our experience was absolutely amazing. The entire staff was highly professional, polite, and welcoming, creating a wonderfully warm and family-like atmosphere. We also absolutely loved their strawberry Caipirinha cocktails and would like to highly commend the exceptional food.
We will certainly return for our next holiday.

We had a very good experience at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was okay for us, especially since we had a car. The hotel was clean, and the outdoor area for the kids was excellent.
We also really appreciated the flexibility of the hotel. After we had to cancel our original dates, they kindly changed our booking dates for free. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel, especially for families with children.
The family room was a bit small, but overall it was good and comfortable.
