Overall a nice stay, grate location with walking distance to Plaza España, staffs were very friendly.

The contactless system is nice, but don’t think it’s secure, as we were given a same room as other guests. We had already checked in with out virtual key, and ran into the staff guiding other guests to our room. It was wrapped up by switching rooms from the system but it can cause issues. Regarding the cleaness, room was cleaned but some items in the room were not managed well. For example, the drying rack for the plates was rusted so we couldn’t use it.

Lokalizacja Łatwa obsługa za i wymeldowania Kontakt z wynajmującym przed rezerwacja bardzo sprawny. Czyste pościele ręczniki i podstawowe wyposażenie typu detergenty gąbki do zmywania i prania żelazko wszystko dostępne.

Pokoje wymagają odświeżenia, odklejające się w niektórych miejscach tapety, drzwi na taras zamykane tylko na mini zasuwę i inne drobne elementy wymagające zadbania/naprawy.

This property is unbeatable for location if you are attending a concert at the Olympic stadium. There are plenty of cafes and a huge shopping centre nearby. It is close to all transport links. The apartment itself was three bedrooms and on the 5th floor. It had everything we needed for a short stay. The bathroom was great. Large shower cubicle with towels and basic toiletries provided. Washing machine under the sink too! The kitchen was small but functional with everything we needed to prepare snacks. Sharp knives are always one of my tests of how good a place is and they were in great order. There is a huge tv and air conditioning in all but one bedroom (the small single). The customer service was warm and friendly. All instructions for check in and check out were clear. The apartment was spotless and we would not hesitate to book again. Fabulous.

It would be nice to have a bathroom door lock. Please consider anchoring the wardrobes to the walls. Otherwise, a perfect place :)

The location

It was overpriced for the facilities provided. 1 night the next door apartment was having a party and nobody mobilized to stop it, even after my messages in both whatsapp and email. 1 of the airconditions didn’t work and we mentioned it to the reception on the first day, they never fixed it
