I always enjoy a stay here, clean and comfortable with some much appreciated extras.

The room was a great size and had all the amenities that we could have wanted. The customer service was great. We unfortunately had to leave early due to a family emergency and they showed concern and compassion. I would definitely stay there again. Great location too.
Nothing really, although we noticed some of the windows would open themselves all the way and being a short person it would've been hard for me to close by myself. Maybe something needs tightening?

Neat and everything in place with a handy fan in the closet
The common areas could do with a bit more sprucing up - perhaps refurbishing

Loved reception staff and the cleaners were lovely .
Reservation process was not great . Lots of noise also from around 5 am outside as it's a really busy street full of businesses .
