The ambience and the serenity. It was very clean. The staff were very friendly and eager to please to ensure that we have an amazing experience. The activities that we arranged such as wine tasting experience was fantastic. Breakfast and dinner with wine pairing was amazing. A great range of pre dinner drinks. The property is close to many wineries and surrounding towns.

I can’t fault the property or the staff.

The level of service is unmatched. Every staff member remembers your name and preferences. They go extra mile to make sure every detail is managed to perfection from assisting with itinerary to the excellent meals. The location of course is beautiful and each meal memorable but the service we received impressed us the most.

From the minute you park in carpark to departure you are made to feel at home. The bed and pillows were amazing along with the food service which was spectacular

Nothing to fault

The main building including dining areas were lovely. Very comfortable beds

Our suite was a little tired. The chairs were stained and parts of the shower had mouldy or just dirty black grouting. The food was really terrible and incredibly disappointing as I had stayed here before and the food had been sensational! The gardens looked quite neglected and there were weeds and near dead plants leading up to the entrance. A few of the wait staff lacked any training in hospitality . I don’t think the experience matched the expensive price tag
