I enjoyed my stay a lot! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room – while quite simple – was cleaned daily and had everything I needed. The hostel is situated in a cool neighbourhood and it’s easy to walk almost everywhere. For how central the location is, I expected a lot more noise from the street, but to my surprise, as the windows faced the courtyard, it was dead quiet at night even when I left my window open. I would stay here again.

The shared bathroom on the second floor, while clean and well-equipped, could do with some renovations/updating as it looks a little tired.

The location was the best!

The best Hostel I have ever stayed in, it was so comfortable to the point where it felt like a Hotel. Even though the bathroom was shared, I never had an issue with needinf to go toilet or have a bath. The staff all spoke Excellent English even while living in Spain. The service was second to none and they were able to answer my questions immediately. The staff even managed to clean my room and give me new towels even when I had forgotten to hang my door tag. For the price and location, you won't find a better accommodation. You're in the middle of everything, I was able to visit every tourist attraction just by walking.

There is nothing you can complain about.

The location was very good, with most attractions and places within walking distance. It could sometimes be noisy outside, but with the windows closed it was fine. Thankfully, the room had air conditioning, which was very useful.

The biggest problem was the Wi-Fi. They provided three different Wi-Fi options, each with unnecessarily complicated passwords that felt more like security codes, yet none of them worked properly and I had almost no signal in my room. When I reported this to reception, I was simply told that they had no problem with the internet, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. Guests were also noisy in the corridor during the night, and reception did not seem to intervene. The building, bathroom, and toilet were quite old and definitely in need of renovation. There is also no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs yourself, and the reception does not offer any help with it. Also, every time you leave the hotel, you have to hand your room key to reception and collect it again when you return, which is unnecessarily inconvenient. Considering the price I paid, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.
