Clean and good services. Very friendly staff.

The road to the hotel entrance is not well define for local Didi or taxi transport.

What a place! It's even better than on the photos. The location is fabulous, very easy to go everywhere with didi. The views are stunning, especially at night: its magical. The rooms are very spacious, the beds super comfy, the views from the bedrooms fabulous. The spa and swimming pool are great, the restaurant really good - the gelato are amazing!- and the club lounge is outstanding. Fabulous staff there, and also a mention to Leon who organised a birthday cake for my daughter (delicious) and made sure we had a great stay. Thank you so much for making it so special.

Good value and spacious room, helpful staff especially downstairs lobby area ordering taxis.

Average quality of English was still very poor for a premium western hotel brand, room & spa area fairly dated. Location central in absolute terms but very little actually surrounding the property - Chengdu’s centre of gravity has shifted towards Chunxi Road/IFS/Taikoo Li probably since it was built.

Excellent management. Maria and Evan were amazing! Thank you for making our stay really wonderful.
