Excellent welcome. Farewell above expectations
Spa and service with mini bus. Owner very warm with all clients

Beautiful Hotel, with a classic and charming feel. We enjoyed our stay throughly. There was a shuttle to take us to any lift or location we wanted, and the views were unreal. The staff was super friendly and even gave us cake on the way out. Dinners and breakfasts were feasts and the spa and gym had a grandiose and luxurious feel to it.
The boss lady at the reception was rude. All the other receptionists were lovely.

The restaurant and the service were excellent. At the end, the hotel owner herself gave us some sandwiches and a packed lunch. It was very kind of her.
The waiters at this restaurant are brilliant! That’s exactly how it should be!
Remember, you have to ask the waiter for coffee!!! There’s no extra charge, and you’ll get the best coffee.
Swimming in the pool is only permitted if you are wearing a plastic bag or a swimming cap. There is no designated area for preparing – hot waxing – ski equipment. The staff are unwilling to assist with this.
