Roberto, Rafael, and Rosie were warm, friendly and always helpful. Lovely people.
It was great having breakfast included but a bit more variety would have been nice.

The hotel is nice, quite and peaceful ! The position is good; close to the city center and to all the places to visit in San Cristobal.
What's make the difference is the staff ! They are kind, nice and always available for everything! From suggestions, always appreciated, to guest request.
