Good location, close to shops, lake, beach etc. Nice courtyard out the back to sit near the lake. Restaurant on site. Carpark provides easy access to your vehicle.
It wasn't as clean as it could have been. There was mold in the shower and on the shower curtain. No toaster because of the no cooking rule. Highway noise was constant. The property is not particularly well maintained.

Bed was comfortable. Lovely location and view.
Property has seen better days. Thin walls. No parking left on site after we returned after dinner.

Easy to find. Close to shops and short drive to local spots. Front desk staff were cheerful and happy! Check out was super easy also.
Only down fall was the parking. Went to dinner and came back around 10pm and sadly there were no available parking spots so we had to park in the side street. We stayed for the long weekend so possibility there were multiple guests with lots more cars.

Price was the cheapest in Newcastle.
the view was pretty over the bay.
the bed was really uncomfortable.
the room was very old. The timber around the windows needed a paint.
The chairs outside on the deck were very old and weathered.
1 small container of milk for a 2 person room
The cutlery try was incomplete
very limited parking.
