Osaka Marriott Miyako Hotel

The location and view were amazing, the staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and larger than other places we have stayed in Japan.

The TV's could be updated to something more modern for those with young families so that they can watch subscriptions they have during down time.

Good location .

In room dining was limited and the food was below average for Japan. Tried to order a takeaway coffee and was told yo go down stairs to the cafe below. Agreed to sit down instead of ordering coffee to take away. Asked if my wife could please have oat milk and was told if I want oat milk to go down stairs to the cafe…. This is outside of the hotel . Went to go to have breakfast buffet at the hotel . We waited for 3-4 mins while the person working at the entrance to the restaurant was just staring at her screen and didn’t event acknowledge my wife and two kids . Eventually they managed some tome to greet us and then said it’s 920 you have to be out by 10am even though the restaurant said it was open for breakfast until 1030am . It was the 1/1/26 so maybe she was tied …
