The apartment was spotless, comfortable, modern, and perfect for our family of five. The apartment is walking distance to the coloseum and many restaurants. The owner was kind and easy going . By far our favorite accommodations of all our European travels.

The location was excellent, right in the centre and very close to the main sightseeing spots such as the Colosseum, Foro Romano and Santa Maria Maggiore, with a very pleasant 20-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and many other attractions.
There were also many restaurants, terraces, bars and small markets nearby, most of which were welcoming to our dog, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Communication with our landlord was prompt, clear and very responsive to our needs, which we greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much, Salvatore.
We look forward to returning in the future.

Host was welcoming and informative. We arrived early but could drop our bags off at the apartment and could leave our bags there after check out for a couple of hours before our flight.
Qe liked that the 2nd bedroom had 2 single beds - not many other apartments seem to have this.
Location was good - quiet but walking distance to the key sites of rome.
We didn't do much cooking/eating at the apartment but the kitchen equipment seemed to be good.
The key for the outer door was a bit stiff.
Shower was on the small side.
Was a bit worried about payment in cash and having to carry this much cash with us.
However, these are minor points and overall we were really pleased with this apartment.

The location of the property was extremely convenient as it was close to eateries and a short walk to the Termini station. The place was well stocked with food and coffee and very clean.
It was a bit small for a family of 6. It was a bit cramped in the apartment and with only 1 bathroom.
