Hotel Van Gogh

Pros: • Excellent Location: The hotel is perfectly situated in a very quiet area right at the entrance of Saint-Rémy, yet it is just a very short and easy walk from the heart of the town center. • Beautiful & Convenient Public Spaces: The property features a large and inviting public area, complete with a wonderful swimming pool and lovely seating corners to relax. Additionally, the hotel offers, free on-site parking, which was incredibly important to us and made our stay completely stress-free. • Great Service & Cleanliness: The staff was very sympathetic and service-oriented. The room was perfectly clean, and the reception team was helpful with tips and advice. • Ground Floor Convenience: Our room was a reasonable size and located on the ground floor, which was a huge plus for us regarding accessibility and luggage.

Useful Tips for Future Guests (Good to Know): • Room Selection: Our room's large glass door faced a shared public terrace. If you prefer more privacy, we highly recommend booking one of the rooms that specifically come with a private balcony. • Breakfast: In our opinion, the breakfast was a bit overpriced for what was offered. Since the hotel is so close to the center, you might want to explore local cafes as an alternative.

Location, comfortable well equipped rooms and wonderful pool area

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

Staff were helpful and friendly, pool was perfect in hot weather

The hotel met my requirements as adequate for the price. I was disappointed with my room but I was told that it was because I had booked through dot com. This was the first time that I had booked this way & was surprised that I was given a lesser room because I had not booked direct. The location is excellent, the service , breakfast also excellent.

My room. I have explained this in my above notes. It was clean but extremely basic & needs to be painted & freshened up.
