The B&B is a few kilometres from Ypres and is set in lovely countryside which was a nice change from staying in cities.
The accommodation is a renovated animal building retaining many of the original features, beautiful stone walls, beams, has been tastefully decorated and has views over the surrounding fields.
Furthermore, there is wood-fired sauna and two hot tubs available. Delicious breakfast also!
I cannot think of a single thing I did not like.

A beautiful, secluded property in the countryside south of Ypres. Very close to the Menin gate (short Uber ride) and famous WW1 landmarks (Hill 60). Lovely country and forest walks nearby. The apartment itself was comfortable, decorated with impeccable taste and attention to detail, and well-equipped with a fridge, mini-bar, and toiletries. The hosts are charming, friendly, and very interesting people. The breakfast served is magnificent - varied, tasty, and top quality.
Having to leave. We dragged ourselves out ...
