Excellent location and rooms were really clean, breakfast was really good. Nothing too much trouble. We attended Scarborough Open Air Theatre and it is literally at the bottom of the street. I would defo recommend this guest house.
There wasn't anything I didn't like. The only thing I would say is if you are not good on stairs you would need to let them know as the rooms are all upstairs.
