The location is great, the staff are good. The rooms are a but funky, but they are clean and all works well. But it is expensive, on a par with costs at high end hotels.
We had to book breakfast every day and were admonished when we didn't, we decided to eat elsewhere on the 3-5th day of our stay.

Great location and clean room.
Was told I had early check in, received email confirmation. Upon arrival that was not the case. After traveling for 12 hours you would like to relax. Had to wait 2.5 hours and my tour, scheduled around this, was then rushed. The girl advised to guarantee early check in I should have booked the nite before 😂. ($700)

The location w3as amazing. Piazza Navona right outside our door step along with many restaurants, bar, shops and an easy walk to major sites. The rooftop bar/restaurant was beautiful.
The shower did not get very cold - just lukewarm and the Air conditioning was good during the day but somehow was not as strong at night so we were warmer than we would have liked.
