Thank you Dave the place was so spacious and lovely everyone had a brilliant time I would definitely stay again if I came back to Newcastle
The communal area was lovely
Also amazing location easy to get to everywhere
Not a point of not liking but there was a lot of stairs so someone with mobility issues would struggle to get into the apartment
The place was perfect for my group of friends

The location was brilliant! We went for my friends hen party and the girls loved the apartment, everything was so close and Dave the host was great!
I wouldn’t say there was anything really we disliked, a few flights of stairs to climb to get to the top apartment but it didn’t bother us ☺️

The apartment was spacious, clean and in a great location. Good price for the Quayside area. We were grateful to be able to change our check in time
Not sure if the jacuzzi and TV in the bathroom worked? We didn't waste too much time trying though as we had 2 great showers to use. A couple of places where the floor boards needed some attention

Owner was waiting for us on site and allowed us early access.
Cleanliness, the living room needed vacuuming and we found food that had been dropped under the coffee table.
