The cleaners are quick and attentive when you leave, and they clean the room fast. A 10 out of 10 for the service and for the door staff who are always ready to open the doors for you.

We were a family of four and got two rooms on the 18th floor facing Chengwattana Road. It was a spectacular panoramic view over ISB and Nichada Thani. The staff were most courteous and friendly. The rooms were good size and clean with a modern design. We had places to visit in the area and found the location very convenient. We had ample parking for the vehicle. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The staff is very kind and near to mrt station and mall
The bed is very hard. Make me difficult to sleep. Please improve this. The breakfast is not halal and i dont know that.

Staff were very kind and friendly. Breakfast was nice
Location isn’t great unless you want access to the DON airport, room service food wasn’t very nice and the pool was freezing cold and totally in the shade, and only one single sun lounger
