I was disappointed with my stay. The attitude of the female staff member at the reception was not courteous or welcoming. Additionally, the jet spray in the bathroom was not functioning properly. I paid ₹10,000 for a stay of only around 15 hours, which I feel was not justified considering the overall experience. I had also requested a late check-out at 4:00 PM on 16th September instead of the standard 12:00 PM check-out time. Since I had checked in at around 8:30 PM on 15th September, much late than the standard check-in time of 2:00 PM, I expected some flexibility from the hotel. Unfortunately, the staff did not accommodate my request. Overall, the service and hospitality did not meet my expectations, especially considering the amount paid for the stay.
