The host communicated very well and the check in process was very easy. Lovely person even carried my bag upstairs. The room was very neat, clean and tidy and an easy walk from the station and the centre of town.
Communal lounge room and kitchen with tea, coffee, refrigerator and all of the necessary items was not expected, but lovely to have. I booked a single room for one night, with other rooms within the building. Couldn't hear the other guests at all, felt like I had it all to myself.
May need to remember that there is no elevator/lift if you have heavy or multiple bags.

The place is absolutely pristine! I have never been in accommodation, so clean and tidy. The owners are very pleasant and always willing to help. We had a little inconvenient with my check in but Sonia managed to help us. I couldn't recommend it better. The breakfast is very Italina with fresh pastries every day and coffee available 24/7. Walking distance to the port and town centre.
