Pillows very hard, one to low, 2 to high.
I did not sleep well.
4 sachets tea and coffee, only one milk and 1 creamer put out.
Didn't like the coffee.
Plug, thanks for that, chargers too loose, no contact, had to take the bed light plug out to charge my phone and support charger is the 2point inlet.
The plug on top of the fridge with the flex cord doesn't have a cover, I wanted to see if the kettle is plugged in, no indication that it's on.
Smart TV with only U-tube.

The location is good as it’s central and very close to the Shopping Mall
It’s winter and they don’t have electric blanket, not enough toilet paper, cockroaches seen in the room and not enough towels.
Instead they offer us hot water bottles, what we don’t understand is why is it rated a s a 5-star on Bookings.com app? This is misleading.
I unfortunately can’t share the photos of the area as I have already left.
