This 240 m2 house is located in a quiet residential area a few minutes drive away from Evian.
The main floor is organised around an open living room with sofas and a TV, that allows access to a small North facing terrace and the North facing garden, as well as a larger South facing terrace and garden. This main South facing terrace has a round dining table with 10 bar stools, 9 garden chairs, 3 sun-beds and a coal barbecue. The inside dining area has a table for 8-10 people and is next to a well equipped kitchen : coffee machine, fridge/freezer, cellar, toaster, raclette machine, kettle, gas hob, double oven. North-West facing windows show a great view of Lake Geneva and the garden from the living area and the kitchen. The master bedroom is the only one on this floor : 2 single beds joined to make a 180cm x 200cm double bed, lake view from the large window, lots of built-in cupboard space, with its ensuite bathroom : bathtub, sink, separate shower.
The hallway between the bedroom and the main room offers lots of storage space and a separate WC.
The lower ground floor accommodates four bedrooms. The first is small and has a sofa-bed for 2, a cupboard and a garden view, the second has two single beds, a cupboard and access to the garden through glass doors, the third has a double bed with a single bunk bed above it, built-in storage space, a desk and access to the garden through glass doors, and the last bedroom has a 180cm double bed and access to the garden. On this floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower room and a separate toilet. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Cadre sympa. Magnifique vue sur le lac et les montagnes. Aménagement original. Équipement complet.
Points négatifs: chaînes tv inaccessibles, pas de micro ondes, table de salle non adaptée pour 10 personnes et une 5ème chambre à revoir (manque de finitions et prévoir plutôt un vrai lit 2 places plutôt qu'un BZ très peu confortable).

Belle maison très agréable à vivre avec une très belle vue sur le Léman. Des objets de déco insolites dispersés dans la maison. Dommage que les commentaires précédents ne soient pas pris en compte. Maison louée pour 10 personnes mais pas assez de verres à pieds, pas assez de places assises dans le salon donc il faut rentrer les chaises de jardin. Table du séjour pour 8 pers mais pas pour 10 (remise de 100 € proposée). Portes de placard dans la cuisine qui ne tiennent pas. Beaucoup de détails qui gâchent l'ensemble. Les prestations proposées ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix de la location. Dommage car il ne faut pas grand chose pour que ce soit bien.
