We booked the duplex, which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it was very comfortable for our family of four adults. We only stayed for one night, but we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped, and it was a nice touch to have coffee pods and bottled water provided. We didn’t get to meet the owner in person, but the instructions were clear and everything was very easy to access and settle into. We also really enjoyed taking an evening stroll around the neighborhood. Overall, it was a lovely and comfortable stay!

Very local feel .. so many boutiques and restaurants . If being with the local vibe is your thing then this property is right for you

can be noisy in the evening since there is a bar the opened just this week ..

The location is amazing especially if you plan to attend the festival Gracia de mejor. The a/c was arctic cold. Very appreciated during our August visit! Yes we could hear noise from the street as some folks complained about, but ear plugs and white noice machine did the trick. Super close to little grocery stores and cafe’s. Management was very responsive and the online check in for a door code worked seamlessly. The kitchen is more of a “kitchenette,” but with all the yummy food around it was more than sufficient for our needs.

When I caught the taxi I gave them the address sent to me by the management. It didn’t include the neighborhood name, Gracia. This turned out to be very important. There’s identical addresses in different neighborhoods and we wound up in the wrong one! Pay attention to this.

The location and the cleanness

Very noisy, when they charge such a price they could invest at least in antinoise windows. The door from toilet could t be closed, and a very rude guy came at check out without manners
