Welcoming staff. Nice aesthetic. Perfect location to walk to the bus/train station for our early morning trip to Salzburg. Good basic breakfast

Our room was right next to the reception and breakfast room and we could hear people talking. If we had been wanting to sleep in that would have been difficult if the breakfast room was busy. There was an exterior light that shone into our room as the curtains didn’t meet in the corner

The shower drain didn't drain properly. There could have been more plugs.

The staff were friendly enough. The breakfast was good, eggs cooked to your liking.

Apart from breakfast, nothing. I requested a ground floor room. It was the worst room I ever stayed in, from this website. I do not know how it got its rating. The room was tiny, nowhere to put or open two suitcases. The bed was jammed against the wall. Cheap linen, threadbare towels and the bathroom (tiny) flooded every time you showered. The decor was dated, the room noisy at night and so stuffy. It was a 15min walk I to town (which you don't need after touring around all day). Overall couldn't wait to get out of there. I forgot to mention the spider, bugs on floor and flies in the room.
