Great communication from manager, the location, loved having a sink and dining area, comfortable beds, great water pressure, manager immediately fixed plumbing issue in 2nd bathroom.

Suggestions: more toilet paper, kitchen towels, small tables in bathrooms for personal items. Slight smoke smell and night noise (but comes with the area!).

La posizione è centralissima, vista dalla finestra su Campo dei Fiori. Permette di raggiungere tutti i luogi di interesse turistico in pochi minuti di passeggiata. I letti erano comodi. L'aria condizionata è efficace nonostante il caldo estremo di agosto.

Non è affatto vero che l'appartamento è "nuovo": ha più di qualche anno e si nota, soprattutto nell'usura delle docce e dei bagni. L'appartamento è al piano primo e si raggiunge con una scala abbastanza ripida. L'unica porta chiudibile a chiave con serratura dà direttamente sulla strada pubblica, il che riduce la sicurezza.

Very good communication to get into the apartment. Helped us get rides both to the apartment from the train station and also to the airport when we left the apartment. Great location.

To get to either of the bathrooms you have to walk through one of the bedrooms, so if you have 6 persons you definitely have to have a lot of cooperation in the group. We had no problem since we were all one family, but I could see a problem if there were 3 couples traveling together.

no password left on premises and management would not return messages so didn’t have Wi-Fi for 2 of the 3 days we stayed. No silverware so couldn’t eat in Horrible communication with management! Gave us 3different names of who was going to meet us to let us in and none of them showed up. lucky the cleaning guy was leaving and let us in. No closet to use in second bedroom as it is piled high with cleaning supplies and equipment! Filthy memory foam pillow in one bedroom closet. covered in an oily black film. went to grab it to move it and it was disgusting. we left it next to the kitchen garbage hoping it would be hauled away. Filthy sofa bed in living room! had to cover it with clean sheets to sit on it. Needs replacing! Place needs repainting, especially the bedroom walls Tile floor is all broken up and consequently filthy as no way to properly clean it. It is a trip hazard. No full-length wall mirror for those of us ladies need when dressing😏
