We loved everything about this hotel! From the moment you step into the hotel, you feel relaxed. The lobby is beautiful! The check-in process was very quick and welcoming. Our room was amazing, spacious, and very comfortable. Very different from other hotels, but the bed was super comfy, and the room was quiet. We especially loved the private bathing rooms. There is no shower in your room, so you have to go to the bathing rooms, which are so wonderful and relaxing. We never had an issue with availability. They are super clean and well stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The location is perfect for walking everywhere in town. The hotel is peaceful, and the staff are lovely and very helpful.

Nothing at all to complain about.

It was very beautiful, all the staff are so kind. Big shout out to Edward. The location is amazing. The private onsen are incredible and there was always one available. The yukata were a real treat. A peaceful escape.

Location was excellent, right on the river in the middle of town. Our room faced the front on the river which was very picturesque. The breakfast was really good, we tried both the western and Japanese breakfast. Access to the 3 private onsens was nice and meant me and my wife could go in together, didn’t have to book or queue for them either. The building is really well kept and has a nice vibe inside.

It’s likely traditional, but not having a shower in the room is a bit of a faff in the mornings if there are people using the private onsens. It was nice hotel, but not sure its great value for money.

Everything was amazing. Best hotel ive stayed ever. Everything is curated with such good taste and all the staff is incredible. They even gifted us with a goodbye present for our honeymoon. Thank you very much.
