Great location near to the Crescent, Chatlotte Sq and the centre of town ... 5 mins walk. The apartment is large enough for two and very well equipped for self catering and close to lots of nice restaurants, old pubs and a Sainsburys supermarket in Green park stn. The agents .. Bath Apartments were very engaging and arranging entry was simple and efficient.
My ONLY reservation and the reason I gave 9 instead of 10 ... was that some parts of the apartment were a bit jaded and in need of a lick of paint ... the bathroom in particular and the bedroom walls and skirting. I appreciate that this may already be a job in hand after a busy summer period ...

Good location, 10 minute walk to main part of town Very nice of hosts to provide milk and tea.
Suite had everything you could want. Would recommend!
Didn’t bother us but if you have a lot of luggage, Beware, you are carrying it up to 4th floor.

Great location , 5 mins from royal theatre bath , facilities good .
Due to very hot weather, air con or extra fan would have been useful, could not sleep as on top floor of the building. More / or bigger towels would appreciated . Damp showing on all exterior walls . Tv was very confusing!

"The location to this property was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. Nice size shower. The kitchen/living room was perfect for a small family or a romantic holiday."
